摘要
提高自主创新能力，建设创新型国家，是国家发展战略的核心和提高综合国力的关键。文章从诠释科技自主创新的内涵出发，分析了我国自主创新能力不足的主要原因，提出了提升自主创新能力的主要路径。
Improving the capability for independent innovation and building innovation-oriented country are the core of national development strategies and the key of improving comprehensive national strength. From illustrating the connotation of independent innovation in China, the main reasons for lacking of capacity for independent innovation are analyzed, and put forward the main path of enhancing independent innovation capability.
