摘要
重庆钢铁设计研究总院综合楼工程采用了正、逆作法相结合的施工方案。首先介绍了该工程在施工过程中所遇到的难点,然后详细介绍了施工工序和施工方法。最后将该工程采用的逆作法与一般软土地基中的逆作法进行对比,总结了该工程逆作法的优点。通过逆作法施工,可有效地保护周边建筑,创造新的材料堆放场地,取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The normal and top-down construction methods are adopted during the construction of multifunction building of Chongqing Iron and Steel Design Institute(CISDI).The difficulties encountered during construction are discussed in detail.The top-down construction process is also introduced.By the comparison between the common construction method and the reverse method used in district II of the CISDI project,some advantages are found.By the top-down method proposed in this paper,the adjacent building can be effectively protected,and new material stacking site is also created.The good social and economic benefits are achieved.
