摘要
由于 R F C C 工艺和 A R G G 工艺在工艺条件、催化剂性质及反应机理等方面存在差异,导致产品分布的不同,因此利用现有的和停工闲置的 R F C C 装置,选择 A R G G 技术,既能为化工装置提供原料以获得高附加值产品,又能提供高质量品质汽油,从而提高炼油厂的经济效益和社会效益。本文从反再系统、分馏系统、吸收稳定系统等几方面进行探讨,提出了改造方案。
Because the RFCC process is differ from the ARGG in the aspects of technological condition, catalyst property and reaction mechanism etc., thus, the distribution of products are also different. The products with high additional value and high quality gasoline can be obtained by utilizating the existing and unused RFCC unit with the ARGG process. As a result, the retrofitting of RFCC to ARGG unit make the refinery better economic and social benefit.
