摘要
通过挂片失重法,结合化学分析法,研究了 A3 钢在轮南油田水( 油水混合物、清水、污水)介质中的腐蚀规律。结果表明:在油水混和介质中,随着含水率的增大, A3 钢的腐蚀加重;在清水介质中, A3 钢的腐蚀速度( Icorr) 和井日注量( V) 满足: Icorr = 0 .041 × V0 .39 ;当污水( 油田产出水) 和清水按1∶1左右的比例混配时, A3 钢的腐蚀最为严重。
The corrosion law of A3 steel in the water media including mixture of oil and water, oil production waste water, and clear water in Lunnan oil field is investigated by weight loss method combined with chemical analysis. The results prove that the corrosion rate increased in proportion to the water percent in oil water, and the corrosion rate (I corr ) and the injected water amount (V) can be formulated by I corr =0.041 × V 0.39 in the clear water medium; in addition, the corrosion occurs most seriously when the waste water is mixed with clear water at the ratio of 1∶1.
