摘要
本文介绍了高氯酸电位滴定法测定脂肪烷基二甲基甜菜碱活性物和未反应胺含量的原理、测定步骤及结果处理,并对工业品十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱 B S- 12 中的活性物和未反应胺含量进行了测定,讨论了方法的准确性和重现性。结果表明:该方法为常规的酸碱滴定,具有试剂易得、操作方便、准确度和精密度高及重现性好等特点,可用于脂肪烷基二甲基甜菜碱的质量分析控制。
Fatty alkyl dimethyl beet alkali is a kind of amphoteric surfactant with wide uses. Its performance directly depends on its composition. The principle, operating procedure and result processing of determination for the content of active component and residual amine in fatty alkyl dimethyl beet alkali by electric potential titration method are introduced in the paper. Meanwhile, the content of active component and residual amine in commerical product BS-12 is determined by using this method. The results show that this method has a good accuracy and precision, and can be used for the quality control analysis of fatty alkyl dimethyl beet alkali surfactant.
