摘要
研究了雷弹发射装置气缸法兰相对变形的主要特点,提出了利用定位标模拟相对变形的关键物理量,利用激光测量系统对定位标进行精确定位,并对获取的数据进行拟合、坐标转换,使测量得到的原始数据转化成目标解算因子。该方案变直接测量为间接测量,思路新颖、原理正确、测量精度比原有手工测试方案提高1个数量级,消除了人为测量误差,提高了测量的自动化水平。该测量方案也可以应用到其他测量领域。
This paper analyses the main characteristics of the relative distortion between torpedo launching cylinder front facet flange and pressure bulkhead weldments,proposes a new measure method,which using laser measuring system to locallize target ball to simulate the key physical data of the relative distortiont,o retrieve the measurement result.This method,which has been proved correct in theory,works in indirect mode rather than direct mode.Compared to conventional methodi,ts resolution is improved one order of magnitude and its automatica level is improved too.The implementation of the scheme in the submarine has proved that the method is operable and advanced.This method can be applied to other distortion measurement field.
