摘要
对橡胶-金属环在径向位移载荷作用下的界面裂纹进行了模拟。用非线性有限元法分析了橡胶-金属环在径向位移载荷作用下的界面裂纹,分别研究了裂纹从被挤压端沿轴向、圆周方向和被拉伸端沿轴向、圆周方向界面处扩展时撕裂能随裂纹尺寸的变化情况。得出如下结论:被挤压端无论是沿轴向还是沿圆周方向扩展不可能出现裂纹扩展;被拉伸端,沿轴向扩展存在一定可能性,最可能发生裂纹扩展还是沿着圆周方向的。拟合撕裂能随裂纹尺寸变化曲线,为此类结构、载荷疲劳寿命预测奠定基础。
Interface crack under the radial displacement load was simulated on the rubber-metal ring.The relationships between crack size and tearing energy were researched respectively along the axial and circumferential direction at the stretched end of the rubber-metal ring and the squeezed end.The following conclusions: The crack expansion couldn't occur at the squeezed end.The crack expansion had little chance along axial direction at the stretched end,and the most possibility was along circumferential direction at the stretched end.Fitting curves of the tearing energy with crack size build a foundation for fatigue life prediction to such structures and load.
