电子病历是获取病人个人健康信息的主要来源,涉及病人临床信息的采集、传输、存储、处理和利用等所有过程。同时,电子病历面临着病人健康隐私保护及用户身份认证、数据在网络中的传输安全、数据库中的存储安全、不可抵赖性等一系列不安全因素的威胁。讨论了电子病历面临的各种安全问题,并基于密码学技术探索相应的解决方案。

Electronic medical records may be the primary source of access to patient health information , the patient information related to the collection, transmission, storage, processing and utilization of all clinical process. However, the accompanying privacy protection and security threat are equally significant, such as identity authentication, EMR transmission security, storage security and non-repudiation. This paper analysis the security threat faced by electronic medical records, and explore the corresponding solutions based on cryptography.
