摘要 目的:开发肺功能检查实时图文报告系统。方法:采用总线型网络拓扑结构,设计基于PACS/RIS的肺功能检查实时图文报告系统,包含分诊、图像采集、图像诊断和存储管理4个子系统。结果:实现了电子化肺功能检查报告管理,包括肺功能检查报告文字信息编辑与图像的采集、存储、管理、浏览、检索、传送及共享。结论:肺功能检查实时图文报告系统的应用,方便临床医生实时迅速地阅读病人的检查报告,有效地解决了报告查询统计难的问题,提高了工作效率。 Objective: To design and construct an image and text reporting system for pulmonary function test. Method: A bus topology structure and PACS/RIS based system was set up. It was consist of four subsystems, which is reception, image acquisition, image diagnosis and storage administration, respectively. Result: With the system, such functions as amending text statement and acquiring, storing, administrating, browsing, searching, transmitting, sharing of digital image have been put into practice. The goal of electronic management for pulmonary function test report was achieved. Conclusion: It is proved that this system might contribute to providing convenience for clinical doctors to check out the test report, solving difficult problems of report searching and statistics, and improving work efficiency.
