文章结合柳州高速公路运营有限公司收费管理实际,阐述了高速公路车辆偷逃通行费的基本情况,并多角度分析了车辆偷逃通行费的原因,提出了完善管理、强化堵漏、技术革新、法律支持的打击高速公路车辆偷逃通行费行为的措施与办法。
