摘要
国家评估服务体系(SNV)是目前意大利国内评估学生学科技能方面最先进的工具,由意大利国家教育培训系统评估协会实施。本文以考试结果、抽样、2010年教学方法的调查结果(地区差异、移民、公开问题和发展前景)为切入点,对意大利学生的学习成果进行了评估,并介绍了意大利国家评估服务体系的结构和运作。同时,对意大利特兰托自治省教育评估体系及其特点进行论述。作者认为,意大利地方评估体系是通过特别的地方立法独立实施的,并与意大利其他地方的评估保持一致。
The National Evaluation Service（SNV）,which is implemented by INVALSI（National Institute for the Evaluation of the Education and Training System）,is currently the most advanced tool for the evaluation of disciplinary skills in schools in Italy.This paper describes the structure and the functioning of this tool and evaluates the learning attainment in Italy,with the focus on the tests,the sample and the method,and on some results from the 2010 survey（regional differences,immigration,open problems and prospects for development）.The paper also examines the characteristics of the evaluation system in the Autonomous Province of Trento.The author believes that by virtue of specific local-level legislation,the evaluation system in Trento can manage evaluation activities independently,albeit in continuity with those conducted in the rest of the country.
