北京大学本科招生制度调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis about Undergraduate Admissions System at Peking University

本文分析了目前我国不同省级地区的经济发展程度与当地高等教育资源之间的关系,不同地区的考生2009年的高考中竞争北京大学入学名额的竞争度间的差异,这种竞争度差异与不同地区经济和教育资源之间的关系,在此基础上得出北京大学目前的本科招生制度造成并在不断强化了地区间不平等的结论。接下来分析了北京大学高考外本科招生制度,探讨了这些招生方式进一步拉大地区间不平等的情况。最后,本文对北京大学目前的本科招生制度的成因、其中反映出的"从精英中培养精英"的办学思想及其存在的宪法和法律问题进行了分析。

This article analyses the relationship between the economic development level and the higher education resources among different regions in China,the competition differences between examinees from different regions when competing for the quota of Peking University in the college entrance examination in 2009,and the relationship between the differences and the economic and educational resources in different regions.Based on these analysis,the article draws the conclusion that the present college admissions system at Peking University causes and strengthens regional unequality,then analyses other admissions ways futher broadening the regional unequality.Finally,this article analyses the cause of the system and the education idea of ＂to educate elites from elites＂ which is unconstitutional and illegal.
