Study on University Teachers' Salary during Nanjing National Government

论文从南京国民政府时期这个政局相对稳定、经济相对发展的历史阶段出发,对当时大学教师的薪俸状况、薪俸的影响因素和薪俸与学术发展的关系进行了研究。笔者认为,无论是从收入还是从消费的角度看,大学教师在当时都属于高收入群体;而大学的性质、大学所在的地区、大学教师的职称和经历,以及其专任兼任情况都成为影响大学教师薪俸的因素;这种高薪俸的状况从不同角度促进了学术的发展,而学术的繁荣又反过来使大学愿意付高薪聘请大学教师。

During Nanjing National Government period,politics is relatively steady and economy is growing.The article studies university teachers＇ income,the influencing factors of income,and the relationship between income and academic development.The results show that the income of university teachers is relatively high compared to other people.The nature and the location of a university,the rank and experiences of teachers and full-time or part-time job are factors influencing teachers＇ salary.The high salary promotes academic development,and in turn,the flourishing of academy makes university be willing to employ teachers with high salary.
