摘要
中国共产党人的学习观总是在坚持和发展马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系的过程中逐步形成和发展,体现了理论基础的统一性;总是在不断探索和回答"三个重大理论和实际问题"、深化对"三大规律"认识的过程中逐步形成和发展,体现了理论主题的共同性;总是在坚持解放思想、实事求是思想路线的过程中逐步形成和发展,体现了理论品质的相同性;总是在坚持以中国基本国情为根本依据的立论过程中逐步形成和发展,体现了理论基点的同一性;总是在坚持以人为本,把实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民的根本利益作为全部理论的出发点和落脚点的过程中逐步形成和发展,体现了理论目标的一致性。中国共产党人学习观的思想特点,一方面反映了对"什么是马克思主义,怎样对待马克思主义"的认识过程,既体现了马克思主义中国化历史进程的阶段性,也体现的是中国共产党人坚持以科学学习观指导和推进马克思主义学习型政党建设之历史进程的阶段性;另一方面反映了对"什么是马克思主义,怎样对待马克思主义"的认识成果,既体现了马克思主义中国化理论成果的整体性,也体现了中国共产党人坚持以科学学习观指导和推进马克思主义学习型政党建设之历史经验的整体性。
The views of Chinese Communists on learning have been gradually developed in the process of upholding and developing Marxism, Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and the theoretical system of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, which has reflected the consistence with the theoretical foundations. In the process of exploring and addressing the "three important theoretical and practical issues" and deepening the awareness of the "three laws", these views have been developed and reflected the commonality of the theoretical subjects. In the process of insisting on the ideological guideline of emancipating the minds and seeking truth from facts, the views have been developed and reflected the commonness of theoretical qualities. In the process of taking the national primary conditions of China into theoretical consideration, the views have been developed and reflected the identification of different theories. In the process of adhering to the people-oriented values that aim at realizing, safeguarding and developing the fundamental interests of the people, the views have been developed and reflected the consistency of theoretical goals. The characteristics of Chinese communists' views on learning have demonstrated the cognitive process of "what is Marxism and how to treat Marxism" and the process of the sinicization of Marxism, which has reflected the historical phase of Chinese communists in constructing a Marxist learning party under the guidance of scientific learning perspective. The cognitive outcome of "what is Marxism and how to treat Marxism" has demonstrated the integrity of theoretical outcomes of Marxism sinicization in China and the integrity of scientific learning perspective and the historical process in constructing a Marxist learning party.
