摘要
本文介绍了芦荟的广泛用途及其在国内外的应用情况,着重就其在食品上的开发研究和应用作一综述,以期对进一步的研究与充分利用有所启示。
The wide use and applying of Aloe in and out of our couotry were introduced. My emphasis was on the comprehensove clescrption of Aloe's development and application on food. It was expected to throw a light on the further researob and effective atilization.
