摘要
研究了ZLP酒类高效多用防沉消浑剂的制备原理以及对高度白酒、药酒、营养滋补酒低温下的防沉淀作用,并对低度酒方面的应用作了探讨。结果表明。
The preparative principle of ZLP and its antiprecipitative function for high alcohol content liquor,medicinal liqueur and nutrient wine were studied in this peper.Its application in the production of low alcohol liquor was researched.The results showed that its antiprecipitating and deturbidimetric potency for various liquor is very good.
