摘要
串香白酒以薯干为原料,加入糖化发酵剂经发酵后,将其串蒸酒精而成。用TH—AADY取代自培大缸酒母,既减少了繁琐的操作和染菌机会,又可提高出酒率3.8%,提高企业经济效益。
Flavour enhanced liquor was made by distilling alcohol through the fermented material which took sweet potato chips as the raw material and fermented by saccharifying and fermentation agent.The yeast cultured by oneself in big jars was replaced by TH-AADY.In this way,It was not only reducing the overlaborated operation and the chance of contaminating hetero-bacterium,but also the yield of liquor was increased by 3.8%.The economic benefit was increased.
