摘要
采用夏朗德壶式蒸馏器生产高档白兰地,是消化过剩葡萄酒的一种有效途径。夏朗德蒸馏为二次蒸馏,第一次蒸馏得到的粗馏白兰地,酒度为26~29度;粗馏白兰地经二次蒸馏,掐头去尾,其中馏分即为高档原白兰地,酒度可达65~70度。
The pot distiller was adopted to produce high-grade brandy.It is a effective way of utilizing excessive wine. The pot distillation consists of two distillations.The first distillation obtained rough distillate brandy with alcohol content of 26%~29%(v/v).The rough distillate was redistillated,cutting down the head and last flow,the high-grade brandy was obtained.The alcohol content of high-grade brandy is 65%~70%(v/v).
