潮州地区人乳头瘤病毒型别分布特征分析 被引量:27

摘要 目的研究潮州地区人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率及型别分布特征,确定本地区的优势型别。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR和核酸分子快速导流杂交分型技术(HybriMax)对49458名参加新农村合作医疗"宫颈癌筛查项目"的妇女进行HR-HPV检测及分型来筛查宫颈癌。结果潮州地区妇女HR-HPV感染率为8.25%,15种高危亚型(HR-HPV)阳性率94.49%,6种低危亚型(LR-HPV)阳性率5.51%,感染率最高亚型是HPV52(28.86%),其次为16、58、68、33和18型,均为HR-HPV。LR-HPVCP8304感染率是4.71%。结论本地区人群感染HPV优势型别为HPV52。 Objective To investigate the infection rate of human papilloma virus (HPV), distribution of HPV subtypes and to explicate the predominant subtype of HPV infection in Chaozhou area. Methods Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and HybriMax were adopted to detect subtypes of HR-HPV among 49458 women who participated in the new rural cooperative medical system on undergoing cervical carcinoma screening. Results The infection rate of HR-HPV among these women was 8.25%. The positive rate of the 15 high risk subtypes (HR-HPV) and that of the 6 low risk subtypes (LR-HPV) was 94.49% and 5.51%, respectively. The predominant subtype was HPV52(28.86%), followed by the subtypes of 16, 58, 68, 33 and 18, which belong to HR-HPV. The infection rate of LR-HPV CP8304 was only 4.71%. Conclusion The predominant subtype of HPV infection was HPV52 in Chaozhou area.
