介绍了一种新颖的麦汁煮沸方法———低压煮沸法。阐述了低压煮沸的工艺条件及其流程,探讨了煮沸温度、时间。
A new method of wort boiling under low pressure was introduced in this paper.The process conditions and chart of wort boiling were described.The effects of boiling temperature,pressure and boiling time on the boiling results were discussed.
