摘要
采用JP-8000型超音速火焰(HVOF)喷涂设备,在低碳钢基体上采用新型WC-12Co粉末和不同喷涂工艺参数制备了5种涂层,测试了涂层的结合强度、显微硬度、气孔率、开裂韧性和单道次沉积厚度。并利用XRD对喷涂粉末及涂层进行了相结构分析,用扫描电子显微镜和金相显微镜对喷涂粉末、涂层的组织结构进行了观察。结果表明:该粉末的球形度好,具有很好的流动性;采用该粉末制备的涂层对喷涂参数的稳定性好,沉积效率高、涂层的结合强度高、组织结构致密、硬度高和韧性好。
Five coatings were deposited on low carbon steel substrate with a new kind of WC-12Co powder by JP-8000 HVOF spraying system. The properties of bond strength,microhardness, porosity and fracture toughness and per pass thickness of the coatings were investigated. Phases of the feedstock powders and the coatings were analyzed by XRD. The characterizations of spraying feedstock powder and the microstructure of cross-section of coating were analyzed by SEM and OM respectively. The results indicated that:the spraying power exhibits sphere,only a little of WC decomposed during spraying process. Meanwhile,the coatings exhibited high stability and excellent performance,such as high bond strength,microhardness, depositing efficient,compact structure and moderate toughness.
