摘要
目的了解岳阳市护理风险事件发生的现状,分析其影响因素,为提出有效的风险防控措施提供依据。方法采用分层随机按比例抽样方法,用一般资料问卷、护理相关法律知识问卷、护理相关法律遵从行为问卷对岳阳市10家综合医院的436名注册护士进行调查。结果护理风险发生率排在前3位的是:与用药有关的风险(57.20%)、与静脉输液有关的其他风险(19.35%)、与管道有关的护理风险(12.02%);单因素分析中,是否培训、知识得分、行为得分对个体护理风险事件的发生有影响(p<0.05);有序多分类Logistic回归分析中个体的护理相关法律知识和行为得分对护理风险事件的发生有影响(p<0.05)。结论卫生行政部门和医院相关部门应该从多方面加强护士相关法律知识的培训,提高护理相关法律行为的依从性,从而减少或规避护理风险的发生。
Objective：To evaluate the situation of nursing risk and explore its influential factors,and provide basis for nursing risk management.Methods：It was a cross-sectional study with samples of 436 registered nurses from ten general hospitals.Three questionnaires were used to collect information of subjects＇ demographic characteristics,the knowledge of laws about nursing,and the nurses＇ compliance to law about nursing.Results：The incidences of nursing risk ranked on the top three were as below：risk related to the drug use was 57.20%,risk associated with intravenous infusion was 19.35% and with the pipe was 12.02% ;Respectively,the related training,score of knowledge about laws,compliance to law influenced nursing risk（p0.05）;Ordinal Logistic Regression showed that two factors（score of knowledge about laws,compliance to law）were the predict factors of nursing risk.Conclusion：The related management should enhance the training of nurses about laws and promote nurses＇ compliance to the law,in that way can we reduce or avoid nursing risk.
