乳制品加工企业中加工设备的清洗是生产中必不可少的部分，传统的化学清洗一般采用碱洗和酸洗的方法，其清洗效果在实际应用中存在着各种各样的问题，特别是针对奶垢中的焦化物无法有效地清除，且清洗工艺复杂，清洗时间长。ＨＱ－４００乳制品专用清洗剂成功地解决了这一清洗技术上的难题，并已应用于大规模生产；产品具有清洗效果好，工艺简单，清洗时间短。
Cleaning of the dairy equipment is an indispensable course to dairy processing. Traditional method of chemical cleaning such as alkali cleaning and acid cleaning is applied extensively in dairy industry, but there are many defects in their applications to dairy equipment. Especially for example, alkali and acid can't clean coke-like objects effectively, the cleaning technological process is very complicated, and the cleaning time is long. We successfully resolve this technical problem and carry out our product(HQ-400 special cleaning agent for dairy equipment). Compared with traditional chemical cleaning, it is very excellent in its cleaning effection, simple technological process, short cleaning time and low cost of cleaning, HQ-400 special cleaning agent for the dairy equipment has been applied for a Chinese patent.
