通过分析我国城市主干道各种恶劣天气情况下交通拥堵现象及原因,结合我国国情,提出加强基础建设、实施公共交通系统优先发展和优化交通管理的对策与建议,从而完善城市交通管理,解决城市交通拥堵问题。

The paper analyzes the city traffic congestion and its reasons in city main road in the bad weather condition. Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward such as strengthen infrastructure construction, give priority to the development of public transportation systems and optimize the transportation management based on the background of the city development and the actual situation in our country, so improve the city traffic management and slove the congestion issue in city.
