结合多年的实践经验,分析了高层建筑转换层结构的特点,并从转换层的布置、抗震设计、转换层上下结构侧向刚度比三个方面探讨了高层建筑转换层结构设计,以期保证转换层结构设计的合理性。

Combining with many-year practical experience, the paper analyzes the features of the transfer floor structure of the high-rise buildings, and explores the design for the transfer floor structure from the layout for the transfer floor, the anti-seismic design, and the lateral stiffness ratio of the upper and lower structure of the transfer structure, so as to ensure the reasonability of the design for the transfer floor structure.
