摘要
采用实际工程与数值计算相结合的方法,进行了邻近基坑降水对已有建筑物地基沉降影响规律的研究,研究结果表明:井群至建筑物角点的距离减小,井点深度增大,单井抽水量增大,渗透系数增大,使基坑周围地下水位降低较大,地面沉降有较大增加。
The rule of the influence of dewatering of foundation pit nearby on the settlement of existing buildings foundation has been studied by the combined method of numerical calculation and the engineering investigation. The results indicate that large drawdown and settlement around the foundation pit occur with the decreasing of the distance between well point and comer point of building, the increasing of the depth of the wells, the increasing of drainage quantity of a signal well and the increasing of permeability coefficient.
