焙烧温度和还原温度对Pt/HM催化剂性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以Pt为催化剂的金属活性组分,丝光沸石为载体,制备了Pt/HM催化剂,用于正戊烷异构化反应.考察了焙烧温度及还原温度对Pt/HM催化剂的催化性能的影响.实验结果表明,焙烧温度和还原温度均在350℃时,Pt/HM催化剂具有优良的正戊烷异构化活性,正戊烷转化率为71.2%,异戊烷收率为68.1%,异戊烷选择性为95.7%,液收率为97.0%. For isomerization of n\|pentane over mordenite, pt/HM catalyst was prepared with Platinum as the active component. The effects of reduction temperature and calcination temperature on the catalytic behavior of Pt/HM were investigated. The result show that Pt/HM reduced and calcinated at 350 is a better catalyst for n\|pentane isomerization, n\|pentane conversion rate is 71.2%; isopentane yield is 68.1%; isopentane selectivity is 95.6%; liquid product yield is 97.0%.
