This paper disscussed on electronic documents and paper documents in the file management features analysis and comparison of the two shows to be in the file management complement each other,fusion of coexistence.So this paper made a breakthrough in the file management in both the dual structure,in a timely manner on both the conversion,and make effective way of protection and management.
