读书以明理 格物以致知——浅析中国古代文学与秘书课教学的关系

Understanding by Reading,Acquiring Knowledge by Nature——Ancient Chinese literature and shallow-secretary teaching relationship

秘书专业作为一门新兴的现代学科,在现今重视自然科学的大环境下,更注重对西方管理理念的学习及技能的培训,忽视了对人文素质的培养。秘书这一职业的性质决定了作为一名合格的秘书,必须提升其思想、道德、人际沟通、表达能力等综合人文素质,而中国文学中所蕴含的深厚的人文精神恰恰有助于培养秘书人文精神修养。有鉴于此,笔者对蕴含中国传统人文宝藏的古代文学在秘书教学中的必要性进行一些探讨。

As a new and modern science,secretary professional pays more attention to the western concept of learning and skill training,overlooked the human qualities.As a qualified secretary,we must upgrade the ideological and moral,interpersonal communication and expresses ability,and chinese literature with deep of the humanistic spirit has helped to foster our secretary to the humanistic spirit.So,I have explored the necessity of secretary teaching by a traditional chinese cultural treasures of ancient literature.
