摘要
针对通常存储罐的变位识别与罐容表的标定这一实际问题,分别讨论了罐体变位和含有变位参数时罐容表的标定问题.通过建立微分模型来分析罐体变位后对罐容表的影响,利用MATLAB软件得出罐体变位后罐容表的标定值,对照采样数据得出罐体变位后对罐容表的影响.通过微分模型、积分模型的数值解法和微分模型的数值解法,利用计算机编程,并给出相应的流程图,确立变位参数(纵向倾斜角度α和横向偏转角度β),结合罐体变位后在进/出油过程中的实际检测数据,给出了罐体变位后罐容表标定值.进一步利用采样的实际检测数据来分析检验模型.
In view of the practical problems of deflection recognition and tank capacity chart calibration of deposit tank,we discussed the deflection displacement and calibration problem of tank capacity charts with containing parameters.By establishing the differential model to analyze effect of tank displacement on capacity charts and with MATLAB software,we obtained tank calibration value of tank capacity charts after displacement,as well as the effect of displacement on tank capacity charts compared with sample data.With numerical solutions to differential model and integral model,we established the parameters(longitudinal displacement angle α and lateral deflection angle β) by computer programming,and gave the corresponding flowchart.Combining with the actual detecting data of oil into/out process after tank displacements,we gave the calibration value of capacity charts after tank displacement.The paper further analyzed the model with actual sample data.
