摘要
目的探讨褐鳞蘑菇野生栽培技术,为发展草场褐鳞蘑菇产业及促进生态恢复打好理论基础.方法不同播种深度、不同地温、不同含水量三因子交叉试验,观察并记录其菌丝体生长发育情况.结果土层15 cm深的菌丝体长势最好,20 cm次之.6月上旬至7月下旬,随着雨水不段增多和气温逐渐升高,不同处理的菌丝体生长速度均明显加快;最适温度为20℃,超过24℃或低于6℃,生长受到抑制.土层含水量在7.1—60.7%范围内菌丝体均能发育,含水量为24.1%时生长最快,过干或过湿均影响其生长.结论褐鳞蘑菇菌丝体生长受土层深度、温度和含水量影响较大.综合以上各指标播种深度15 cm、地温20℃、土壤含水量为24.1%时褐鳞蘑菇的菌丝体生长表现最好,且与其它处理差异显著(P<0.05).
Objective To study wild cultural techniques of Agaricus brunnescens and to lay a good foundation for developping grassland cultivating and ecological recovery.Methods Different planting depths,different ground tempratures and different soil water contents were adopted and growth rate、development of mycelium were observed and recorded.Results Growth rate was the best at soil depth of 15 cm,and second place at 20 cm.With amount of precipitation and temperature rise between at beginning of June and at end of July,mycelium grew faster than before.Mycelium’s growing was inhibited at 〉24 ℃ and 〈6 ℃.The suitble temprature for its growing was at 20 ℃.The water content was 7.1—60.7 % for mycelium growing and being too dry or too wet could restrain its growing.The suitable soil water content was 24.1%.Conclusion Soil depth of 15 cm,ground temperature at 20 ℃ and the soil water content 24.1% are the best conditions for mycelium growth with significant difference with other treatments(P〈0.05).
