摘要 目的研究复方白头翁散的抗炎作用.方法采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、皮内染料渗出法、棉球肉芽肿胀法及大鼠足跖肿胀法观察复方白头翁散对急慢性炎症的作用.结果小鼠耳壳二甲苯致肿实验结果显示,与阴性对照组相比,低剂量组差异不显著,中剂量组差异显著P<0.05,高剂量组差异极显著P<0.01;与阳性对照组相比,低剂量组差异极显著P<0.01,中剂量组差异显著P<0.05,高剂量组无显著性差异.皮内染料渗出实验结果显示,中、高剂量组与阴性对照组相比,差异极显著P<0.01,而与阳性对照组比较无显著性差异.小鼠棉球性肉芽肿实验结果显示中、高剂量组与阴性对照组相比差异显著,P<0.05,与阳性对照组相比差异显著P<0.05.蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀结果显示,高剂量组与阴性对照组相比差异极显著P<0.01;与阳性对照组相比差异不显著.中剂量组与阴性对照组及阳性对照组相比差异均显著,P<0.05.结论复方白头翁散具有一定的抗炎作用,为临床用药提供理论依据. Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of compound pulsatilla pulvis in animals.Methods The acute-inflammation was examined in rats whose auricles and intracutaneous suffered from xylene respectively and the chronical-inflammation was examined in rats whose granuloma were induced by implanting cutton ball in the test.Results The study of the effcets of compound pulsatilla on auricles swelling by xylene in mice showed that the low dose group was not significant,the medium(p〈0.05)and high(p〈0.01) dose group were significant compared with the negative group.The study of the effects of the compound pulsatilla on capillary permeability rising by xylene in mice showed that the medium dose group(p〈0.01) and the high dose group(p〈0.01) could effectively depress the permeability of capillary rasied by xylene compared with the negative group.The study of the effects of the compound pulsatilla on granuloma induced by planting cotton ball in mice showed that the medium dose group(p〈0.05) and the high dose group(p〈0.05) could effectively reduce the amount of the granuloma compared with the negative group.The study of the effcets of compound pulsatilla on edema of rat hind paw induced by egg albumen showed that the high dose group(p〈0.01)and the medium dose group(p〈0.05) were significant compared with the negative group and the medium dose group was significant(p〈0.05) compared with the positive group.Conclusion The investigation shows the compound pulsatilla pulvis has anti-inflammatory effect and provides theoretical basis for clinic medication.
