摘要
目的观察康脑液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后心脏及脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,探讨其作用机制.方法 36只SD大鼠随机分为6组:假手术组,模型组,康脑液低、中、高剂量组,依达拉奉组,每组6只.采用线栓法制作脑缺血再灌模型,再灌注24 h后检测大鼠脑组织及心脏SOD活性和MDA含量,光镜观察脑组织病理改变.结果与假手术组比较,大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后心脏及脑组织中SOD、MDA含量有显著差异(P<0.05),与对照组比较,康脑液组SOD含量有所升高、MDA含量有所降低具有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论康脑液能够减轻大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤,作用机制可能与其增加神经组织保护、抑制自由基损伤有关.
Objective To observe the effects of Kangnaoye on contents of SOD and MDA of heart and brain tissue in rats during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in order to study the neuroprotection and its possible mechanism of Kangnaoye.Methods 36 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,which were sham-operation grop,ischemia-reperfusion group,Kangnaoye groups with high high dose,medium dose and low dose,and edaravone grop.The model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion were established by the method of MCAO.The content of SOD and MDA in heart and brain tissue were measured 24h after reperfusion.At the same time,the changes of pathomorphology of brain tissue were observed.Results Compared of with that ischemia-reperfusion group,SOD activities were increased significantly,MDA content were decreased significantly in Kangnaoye groups(P〈0.050.01).Conclusion Kangnaoye shows protective effects on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.The mechanism may be ralated to improving neuronal protection and anti-oxyradical effects.
