在PE型颚式破碎机设计现状分析的基础上,阐述了开发、应用破碎机快速设计系统的必要性。利用NX软件的二次开发工具、系统工程技术及知识工程原理,开发实现了基于NX的PE型颚式破碎机快速设计系统,并对其关键技术进行了详细阐述,最后进行了工程应用,结果表明该系统能提高PE型颚式破碎机设计的效率和质量。

The design situation of PE type Jaw crusher is anasylised briefly,then the necessities of developing and using of rapid design system in enterprise are described.The combination of NX secondary development tools,system engineering technology and theory of knowledge based engineering is applied to develop the rapid design system.Introduced the key technologies in detail and the engineering application.The result showed that the rapid design system could improve the efficiency and quality of PE type Jaw Crusher.
