摘要
利用自行研制的双速流动试验装置,研究了油、套管钢API-N80与API-P105在48士1.5℃、含CO_2(0.1MPa)的流动(流速0.2,0.3,0.4和0.5m/s)模拟轮南油田回注污水中的腐蚀规律,并利用动电位扫描技术,对这两种钢材进行了电化学极化行为的研究.
By using the dynamic loop test system with dual speeds, which was designed and constructed by authors themselves, the influence of flowing rates (0. 2,0. 3,0. 4 and 0. 5m/s) and test duration on the corrosion rate of well tubing and casing steels, API-N80 and API-P105, were studied in CO2-containing, simulating injection water of Lunnah Oil Field with salinity of 234. 2g/L at Pco2 = 0. 1MPa and 48± 5℃. In addition, potentiodyna-mic curves of these steels were studied and discussed as well.
