摘要
针对四川丘陵地区小型泵站灌溉面积小、沿江河水位变幅大、季节性需水差异大,站多装机容量小、取水投资大、设备分散、维护不便、易被毁被盗等问题,进行了具有串并联方式的小型移动式电力提灌泵装置的研究。它优化集成机组、管路和控制系统于一体,采用离心泵的串并联和变频调速等关键技术,既可满足大流量的要求,又可实现高扬程工况需要,并保持机组在高效区运行,扩展了机组运行方式和工况范围。该装置运行范围广、移动方便、可跨区作业,实现一台机组代替多座固定提灌站,是一种解决丘陵地区农业灌溉用水难题的有效尝试,值得研究和推广。
Based on small irrigation areas of small-sized pumping stations,water level varied frequently along the rivers,large seasonal difference of water needs,fixed pumping stations built more with small unit capacity,large investment of water taking,equipments distributed,its management and protection inconvenient and equipments stalled easily in hilly and mountainous areas in Sichuan,research on equipment of small moveable electric irrigation pumps with all working conditions are introduced.Units,pipes and control system are optimally integrated.Key technology of serial and parallel and frequency modulation is applied.It can satisfy not only large flows but also high heads,keeping the unit working in high efficiency areas.Operation models and the rang of working conditions of the unit are enlarged.Based on working conditions,easy moving,working in different areas,it can be used as many fixed pumping stations in the same irrigation regions.It's an effective effort for agricultural water irrigation in hilly and mountainous areas.It's worth studying and popularizing.
