Analysis on Intensive Management in Power Grid Enterprises Based on Theory of Company Value Chain

用企业价值链理论分析了电网企业实施"三集五大"集约化管理的内在价值链模型,厘清了"三集"和"五大"2类活动的特性及其关系,分析了"三集五大"集约化管理的内涵和意义,从组织实施、业务整合、重点选择和信息化建设等方面提出了保障措施建议。

In the light of the theory of company value chain, this paper examines the inner value chain model of the intensive management of ＂intensified management of three components and integrated systems of five processes＂ as advocated by SGCC, which reflects the goal of power grid enterprises under SGCC to realize intensive management in human resources, finance and materials, and establish the integrated systems of planning, construction, operation, maintenance and marketing. The paper presents an in-depth analysis on the features of each activity of the two categories and the relationships between both based on the theory of company value chain, and presents its contents and meanings. By the end, the paper concludes some suggestions of reliable means on operational implantation, business integration, emphasis selection and informatization construction.
