摘要
介绍了电网工程项目管理的现状,分析了Partnering模式的特点,论述了其在电网工程项目管理中应用的优越性及意义。重点介绍了在电网工程项目管理中应用Partnering模式的方法,在电网工程项目管理中应用Partnering模式有利于工程各参与方共同获得利益,能更好地建设好电网工程项目。
This paper analyzes the state quo of the power transmission project management, introduces the characteristics of the Partnering Mode, and discusses the advantages and significance of the application of the mode in the power transmission project management with a focus on practical methods of the application. The results suggest that proper application of the Partnering Mode is beneficial to all the participants in the project, and helps to improve the project management.
