摘要
目前,大学生在学习或学术研究过程中由于缺乏从大量信息中抽取所需信息的能力,期望获取的信息内容与所获取的信息内容之间存在差距而产生信息焦虑现象,影响了研究进程。帮助用户克服信息焦虑是图书馆与其他信息机构职能的重要分野。对高校学生信息焦虑程度的调查可见,图书馆可以在信息焦虑的五大影响因素的基础上采取图书馆干预理念对参考咨询服务模式进行新的构建,并结合实际情况拓宽信息焦虑咨询平台。
Because of the college students' lack of the ability to extract the required information from bulk information in the process of study or research,the gap between information needs and results leads to information anxiety,thus affects the research process presently.Helping users overcome the information anxiety is the important borderline of functions of libraries and other information institutions.The investigation into the information anxiety of college students shows that,libraries could construct a new mode of reference services with library intervention concept based on 5 major information anxiety factors and expand the reference platform of information anxiety combined with the actual situation.
