参元片的提取工艺研究

Studies on Extracting Methods of Shenyuan Tablet

目的:优化参元片的提取工艺。方法:采用单因素和正交试验设计,以提取液中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1和延胡索乙素的含量为指标,优选参元片的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为8倍量的70%乙醇加热回流提取2次,每次2h。结论:优选出的提取工艺合理,稳定可行。

Objective：To optimize the extraction procedure of Shenyuan tablet.Method： The proper extracting condition was optimized with the amount of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1 and tetrahydropalmatine as indexes by single-factor and orthogonal tests.Result： The optimum extraction conditions were 8 times alcohol for 2 frequencies while 2 h per frequency.Conclusion： The optimum extraction process is simple,stable and feasible.
