摘要
目的:考察复方苦参注射液与3种临床常用输液配伍的稳定性,为临床应用提供参考。方法:模拟临床用药情况,将复方苦参注射液与3种常用溶剂配伍,观察配伍前,后各个输液的pH和不溶性微粒的变化情况,以及6 h内的稳定性。结果:复方苦参注射液与0.9%的NaCl比5%葡萄糖和10%葡萄糖更宜配伍使用。结论:复方苦参注射液配伍在6 h内基本稳定。
Objective:To observe the stability of the compound of Sophora flavescentis injection and three kinds of clinical commonly used injections for compatibility to provide reference for clinical application.Method: Clinical pharmacy situation was simulated with compound Sophora flavescentis injection compatible with three kinds of common injections to observe the stability in 6 h and the changing situation of the pH and insoluble particles of every transfusion before and after compatibility.Result: The compound Sophroa flavescentis injection compatible with 0.9%NaCl was more appropriate than compatible with 5% glucose and 10% glucose.Conclusion: The compatibility of compound Sophora flavescentis injection is basically stable in 6 h.
