摘要
目的:研究丹参地上部分总丹参酮的提取工艺和筛选吸附树脂。方法:以总丹参酮的含量为指标,采用正交试验法研究提取工艺;以总丹参酮吸附率、解析率为指标,采用树脂静态吸附、解析试验法筛选吸附树脂。结果:丹参地上部分总丹参酮的最佳提取工艺为90%乙醇12倍量回流提取2次,每次1.5 h;D101-1树脂对丹参地上部分总丹参酮吸附和解析效果最好。结论:该工艺能较好的提取、分离和富集丹参地上部分总丹参酮。
Objective:To study the optimum condition for the extraction of total tanshinones from above-ground part of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and to screen the optimum macroporous resin.Method: The extraction process was evaluated by orthogonal design with the content of total tanshinone as index,absorption and desorption rates of total tanshinone on five resins as the screening indexes.Result: The optimal condition was as follows: added 12 times 90% alcohol for 2 times and 1.5 hours for each time.The optimum macroporous resin was D101-1.Conclusion: The process can extract and concentrate the total tanshinone from above-ground part of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
