GC-MS Combined with Kovats Retention Index Analysis for Volatile Compounds in Psoraleae Fructus by Headspace Injection

目的:分析补骨脂中的挥发性成分。方法:采用顶空直接进样技术采集补骨脂的挥发性成分,GC-MS结合保留指数进行分析鉴定。结果:采用GC-MS分析,检出39个组分;MS结合保留指数定性,鉴定出20个挥发性成分。结论:该方法分析补骨脂中挥发性成分,更准确、简单、快速并节省药材。

Objective：To analyze the volatile compounds in Psoraleae Fructus.Method：Volatile components in Psoraleae Fructus were analyzed and identified by GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index by head-space injection.Result：Thirty-nine components in Psoraleae Fructus were detected by GC-MS and 20 compounds were identified by MS combined with Kovats retention index.Conclusion：GC-MS combined with Kovats retention index by headspace injection is a simple,rapid and accurate way for the analysis of volatile compounds in Psoraleae Fructus.
