摘要
目的:建立清胰利胆颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱welchrom-C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸(9∶91)为流动相,检测波长327 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温35℃。结果:绿原酸含量在0.303 5~1.517 5μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为97.3%(RSD 1.9%)。结论:本法操作简便、可靠,可用于清胰利胆颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Qinyi Lidan granules by HPLC.Method:A HPLC method was used with welchrom C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(9∶91).The UV detector wavelength was at 327 nm.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The temperature of the column was at 35 ℃.Result:The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was linear within the range of 0.303 5-1.517 5 μg(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 97.3%(RSD 1.9%).Conclusion:The method is simple,convenient and reliable.It is appropriate for the content determination of the preparation.
