摘要
涡轮叶片冷却结构设计的方案设计以管网计算为基础。本文简要介绍了管网模型的建立方法、近似和假设、边界条件的给定方式和控制方程的建立。说明了管网求解程序的思路与数值方法,介绍了管网压力平衡计算中对动量方程的线性化处理方法、气膜修正计算方法。以某型燃气涡轮第一级动叶的冷却结构设计为例,介绍了基于管网计算的冷却结构方案设计流程,对4个冷却结构初步设计方案的管网计算结果进行了分析,从中选择相对合理的方案并进行改进、确定了2个备选的叶片冷却结构。
Schematic cooling structure design for turbine blade is based on pipe-net calculation. Building of pipe-net model,including approximation,assumption,boundary conditions and governing equations adopted,is briefly introduced.Solving numerical methods are illustrated,especially the linear changing of equations and film cooling calculation method.Taking a 1st stage rotor for example, the procedure of schematic cooling structure design is shown.Through analyzing 4 different initial cooling structures according to the results got from pipe-net calculation,2 relatively better structures are chosen and mended.Subsequently 2 possible cooling structures are decided in the end.
