摘要
针对双流程吸收塔进行了动态反应的冷态实验研究。实验结果显示,双流程吸收塔内的实际床层高度随着浆液喷射压力、液气比和烟气流速的增大而提高;床层平均压降随着气相雷诺数、液气比和浆液流量的提高而增大。利用PDF法和PSD法对双流程吸收塔内气液两相流动的流型进行鉴别,得到了吸收塔内流动形态的详细变化过程;并初步实现了PSD法对双流程吸收塔内流动的流型鉴别,为确定吸收塔内最佳的传热传质状况提供了参考和依据。
Experimental study on flow properties was carried out in a gas liquid double-contact flow absorber.Experimental results show that,the actual bed height in gas liquid double-contact flow absorber increases with slurry injection pressure,liquid gas ratio and flue gas velocity,and the bed average pressure drop also increases with gas-phase Reynolds number,liquid gas ratio and slurry flow. PDF and PSD were both used to identify the gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern in double-contact flow absorber,and detailed changes of flow pattern were obtained.Flow pattern identification of double-contact flow absorber used PSD was achieved,providing reference and basis on determination of the optimum heat and mass transfer.
