宜宾产美酒的奥秘及人文地理条件研究

The Mystery of Good Liquor Making in Yibin Area and the Research on the Conditions of Its Humanities and Geography

宜宾古代就是美酒的故乡,是中国名酒五粮液的摇篮。四千年来佳酿代出,宜宾城以酒闻名,酒以城兴盛,宜宾具有不可复制的气候、水土和生态环境,地域特色显著,酿酒技艺独特、历史的积淀让白酒成为了这一地域的支柱产业。本文对创生宜宾美酒的先天自然人文条件作一定的探索。

Yibin is the origin of good liquor making from ancient time,and is regarded as the cradle of Chinese famous Wuliangye.For over four thousands of years,good liquors have been made.Yibin city was famous for liquor,and liquor flourished due to the development of the city.The unique climate,soil and ecological environment,geographical characteristics,liquor making technology and the historical heritage have made the liquor making a pillar industry of the region.In this study,a primary investigation on the conditions of nature and humanities necessary for the good liquor making in Yibin was carried out.
