RH-OB炉镁铬砖的损毁 被引量:1

摘要 为减少停炉期间镁铬砖的损毁,RH炉必须尽可能维持较高温度。耐火材料内衬的损毁是提高温度造成的。1650℃左右的高温对耐火材料的损毁程度最小。不同钢种对耐材内衬的蚀损由高至低依次为:AL/Si-镇静钢、Si-镇静钢和AL-镇静钢。合金钢水中的硅和锰增大了耐材的损毁,合金钢水中的铬不会损坏耐材,铁成分也不会。
