Eeconomic and Political Factors Affecting Antidumping Activities against China

中国是世界上遭遇反倾销诉讼最多的国家,以反倾销为手段的贸易保护已经成为制约中国对外贸易可持续发展的巨大障碍。本文重点分析对华反倾销的成因,探究进口国宏观经济和政治因素对反倾销行为的影响。研究发现:各国对华反倾销立案的宏观经济与政治动因存在显著的差异性。本文揭示了各国对华反倾销立案的内在动因,得出了具有价值的比较研究结论。

China has been the largest targeting economy of antidumping disputes.As a measure of trade protection,antidumping has been used more and more frequently by some China′s trade partners,and it has become a huge obstruction constraining the sustainable development of China′s exports.This paper focuses on analyzing the reasons of antidumping against China,and revels the facts about whether the macro-economic and political factors of China′s trade partners are significantly affecting their antidumping activities or not.It finds that the empirical results are different among different countries.We clarify the significant factors affecting antidumping activities of some countries and provide some valuable comparative results.
