摘要
为了解决裂缝性压力敏感地层在钻井过程中非漏即溢的问题研发出了控压钻井技术。而基于钻井液微流量控制的钻井技术属于控压钻井技术的一种类型,该技术在传统的地面钻井液循环路线上安装了微流量传感器和节流器,可实现对钻井液压力、流量、当量循环密度、流速等参数进行随钻实时监测,同时进行反馈控制。文中对微流量控压钻井技术产生的技术背景、结构组成、工作原理、结构特点进行了系统分析,并对该技术在国外成功的应用试验进行了总结,对该技术在国内的研究与应用具有一定的借鉴作用。
For solving the isostrate leaking spout problem during drilling in the fissured pressure sensitive reservoir, the oversea specialists had developed the Managed Pressure Drilling technique. Regarding the micro-flux control pressure drilling technique, it is one type of MPD technique and hereby figured as MFC. Because the micro-flux sensors and bean chokes have been installed in original mud cycle route, MFC technique could realize the real-time monitoring and controlling to pressure, flow, equivalent circulating density, and current rate of drilling fluid. This thesis analyzed MFC from the following directions; technical background, construction, operating principle, and structure character. Meanwhile, it's also summarized the MFCs successful application experience overseas and could be used for reference during extending in China.
